Job Description

  • A reputable hotel in Lekki is looking for a receptionist that can provide aositive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and efficient front desk operations.
  • He She will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, responsible for greeting, checking-in, and checking-out guests, as well as addressing their inquiries and needs.
  • They will also contribute to maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the hotel and between various departments.

Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming of visitors with a warm and professional welcome .
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Manage room reservations, appointments and schedules.
  • Receive and handle mail packages and deliver them to the appropriate department as well as sending out mails on behalf of the organization.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying and other administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the organization.
  • Offer general information including its location, hours of operations and the services offered.
  • Provide excellent customer services to all customers by being polite and courteous.
  • Keep records relating to visitors, appointments, and other relevant data.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university(additional education or hospitality-related training is a plus).
  • 1 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and hotel reservation systems.
  • Multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

  • N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
