Job Description

  • We are seeking a reliable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Receptionist (preferably female) to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for all clients.
  • The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand – professional, organized, and passionate about customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments
  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on bookings
  • Handle client check-in/check-out and payment processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and ongoing offers
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the salon and spa team
  • Keep client records organized and confidential.

Requirements

  • Must possess a BSc or HND in any relevant field
  • 2 – 5 years previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in a salon/spa is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/booking software)
  • Must be punctual, neatly groomed, and well-presented
  • Preferably female, due to the nature of client interaction and environment.
