Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and keep it clean, tidy, and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE qualification with 2 – 10 years experience.
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 per month.
