Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Owerri, Mbieri Achi – Imo
About the Role
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school.
- You will handle front desk duties, manage calls, welcome visitors, and support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors, parents, and students professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed.
- Schedule appointments and assist in managing calendars.
- Maintain accurate visitor and attendance records.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
- Must reside within or close to Mbieri Achi or be willing to commute.
