Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description

  • We are seeking to employ a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The Receptionist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Keep accurate records of reservations and bookings using hotel management software.
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services, activities, and special offers to guests.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Compensation

  • Salary: N50,000 – N60,000 / Month with benefits, including free training opportunities and career advancement potential.
