Receptionist/Customer Service Representative (Female) at HR Implementers

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a welcoming and professional Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and receive clients, visitors, and potential tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, accurately recording messages when needed.
• Handle client inquiries, providing information about our services.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist clients by providing details on available properties, rental rates, and application procedures.
• Address client concerns and promptly resolve issues.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor when assisting clients with their requests.
• Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to support property management and leasing activities.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client interactions.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
• Candidates should reside around Chevron & Ajah.

Salary:

• N80,000 per month.
