Job Title: Receptionist/Personal Assistant
Location: Marina, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Managing Director.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Group Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Greet and welcome guests with grace and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with impeccable etiquette.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Provide administrative support and handle basic inquiries.
- Utilize computer systems efficiently for tasks like scheduling and communication.
- Support HR and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor ‘s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant etc preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming.
- Naturally warm and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and discreet demeanor.
