Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts.
- The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and update records
- Support onboarding processes and other HR-related tasks
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification, BS.c Degree with 1 year of work experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Salary
- N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
