• As a Recruitment Marketer, you will play a key role in building and growing our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
• We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Marketer to identify and engage businesses that need recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage businesses that need recruitment services
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline
• Close deals and achieve set revenue targets
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or business development
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills
• Highly results-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
