Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing and filling job vacancies from/for Prospects and existing Clients. Creating awareness of the brand, physically and virtually.
Job Objectives
- To prospect and secure recruitment briefs
- To engage Clients and understand their HR requirements.
- To review provided job descriptions and ensure job watch is drafted accordingly.
- Ability to access relevant platforms, for placement of job watch and source suitable candidates.
- Effectively coordinate hiring process and ensure we deliver on Client’s requisition within agreed timelines
Duties Summary
- Timely preparation and circulation of Job Watch
- Working to secure quality, right fit candidates for the job openings
- Adherence to Client communicated timelines
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Zero tolerance for processing error
- Effective delegation of responsibilities, when applicable.
- Timely rendition of reports
- Advertise our services on online and social media platforms
- Send proposals to prospects
- Effective conduct of ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- First Degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment
- HR Professional qualification or certification will be an added advantage
