Job Title: Regional Auto Maintenance Manager – South East
Location: Rivers

Summary
- The Regional Auto Maintenance Manager for South East would be responsible foroverseeing and driving the performance of multiple service locations in the south east region of GIGM.
- This includes managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving the goals of the business in the region.
- He would would also focus on quality control, customer satisfaction in terms of ensuring quality maintenance of the fleets in the region and the implementation of company-wide standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate regional teams, including service managers and technicians by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and consistent operations across all locations, maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Financial Performance: Manage regional budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, cost and implement strategies to achieve breakdown targets for the region
- Quality Maintenance of fleets: Monitor, improve and ensuring quality service and addressing any fleet issues promptly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall company goals, including breakdown targets, quality repairs initiatives and operational improvements.
- Recruitment & Training: Participate in the recruitment and training of regional staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all locations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company safety protocols.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with upper management, regional teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Analyze fleet challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and address issues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HND in related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in any Auto company
- A second degree or professional qualifications and trainings in Auto mechanic will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft excel and google sheet will also be an advantage.
