Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Urhonigbe, Edo/Abraka, Delta

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The Registered Nurse will provide primary healthcare services to workers and residents of the plantation, ensuring prompt medical attention, health education, and maintenance of health records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees and residents.
  • Conduct routine health checks and advise as appropriate and-or refer to our partnership hospital where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
  • Organize health awareness programs and preventive care initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare providers for advanced medical interventions.
  • Monitor workplace safety and report health-related concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse – RN) in Nigeria.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational or community health.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Plantation clinic within the premises.
  • May require on-call duties for emergencies.
