Job Title: Relationship Counselor
Locations: Enugu and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide advice, strategy and issue resolution counsel to clients.
- Provide accurate information about our services to clients
- Sell company products and services to clients
- Resolve complaints of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ensure revenue targets and KPI are met
- Attend to inquiries and update
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Guidance and Counselling or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in relationship counselling and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail with good listening skills.
