Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to onboard them.
- Conduct market research and prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure client retention by delivering personalized financial solutions.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Promote the bank’s products, including loans, deposits, credit facilities, and other services.
- Cross-sell additional products like insurance, investment options, and treasury services.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment:
- Analyze client financials and assess creditworthiness.
- Prepare and present credit proposals for loan approvals.
- Monitor and manage loan performance, ensuring timely repayment.
Customer Relationship Development:
- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and identify new opportunities.
- Build trust and ensure long-term relationships by delivering superior customer service.
- Organize client-focused events and seminars to strengthen relationships.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and the bank’s risk management policies.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Report suspicious activities in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or client relationship management.
