Job Title: Relationship Officer

Locations: Gwagwalada – Abuja; Ilorin, Omu-Aran and Offa – Kwara; Suleja – Niger; Karu – Nasarawa; Zaria – Kaduna and Kano

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• We are seeking dynamic and motivated Relationship Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve loan disbursement targets and meet sales objectives.
• Acquire new customers who meet the company’s policies and standards.
• Ensure a collection rate of at least 90% from customers.
• Conduct financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and risk tolerance.
• Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking products.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of sales experience in banking, microcredit, or finance.

Key Competencies:

• Basic technological skills.
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of financial products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Salary
N70,000 – N82,000 monthly.
