Job Responsibilities

• Spearheading core investment initiatives.
• Promoting the organization’s cash management products and services.
• Cultivating and establishing relationships with new clients.
• Crafting and executing departmental success plans.
• Managing Risk Assets and Liability Mobilization.
• Supervising all activities within the treasury and lending department.
• Formulating growth-oriented business management goals and objectives.
• Enhancing operational efficiency and setting financial targets.
• Compiling weekly reports to ensure policy and procedure compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2 to 3 years of banking experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services.
