Fuel Rack Selection & Procurement:

  • Monitor and compare daily wholesale fuel prices across multiple supply terminals (racks).

  • Notify company technicians of mechanical or technical issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Coordinate repair scheduling while minimizing disruption to delivery operations.
  • Follow up to ensure timely issue resolution and track maintenance logs.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate daily and weekly dispatch and operations reports.
  • Track delivery performance metrics such as on-time rate, fuel savings, and mechanical issue frequency.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure BOLs (Bills of Lading), fuel tickets, and delivery documents are accurate and up to date.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient with route planning tools and GPS mapping software.
  • Experience using Excel, dispatch software, fleet tracking systems, and messaging platforms.
