Job Title: Restaurant’s Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer loyalty
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth
Requirements
- 5-10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reside within Lekki Axis, Victoria Island, Ajah.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
