Job Title: Restaurant’s Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer loyalty
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reside within Lekki Axis, Victoria Island, Ajah.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
