Job Description
- As an Admin/Sales Officer at Vivaflowers.ng, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting our floral products and services.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Your communication skills and ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in meeting our sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote our flower collections to new and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate sales reports.
- Assist with order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Stay updated on the latest floral trends and products to effectively advise customers.
Requirements
- HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or related qualifications.
- Proven experience as an Admin/Sales Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus but not required.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Salary: N150,000.00 and above
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly.
