Job Summary
- We seek highly motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Agents to join our team.
- Successful candidates will identify and convert sales leads, build relationships with clients, and promote loan products to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., referrals, online marketing, cold calls).
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized loan solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market trends to effectively advise clients.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote loan products through various channels (e.g., social media, events, seminars).
- Loan Applications: Assist clients with loan applications, gather required documents, and ensure timely submission via online or manual uploads.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary School Certificate or National diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience in financial services or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with loan products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel or PowerPoint is added advantage
