Job Summary

  • We seek highly motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Agents to join our team.
  • Successful candidates will identify and convert sales leads, build relationships with clients, and promote loan products to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., referrals, online marketing, cold calls).
  • Build Relationships: Establish rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized loan solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market trends to effectively advise clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote loan products through various channels (e.g., social media, events, seminars).
  • Loan Applications: Assist clients with loan applications, gather required documents, and ensure timely submission via online or manual uploads.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary School Certificate or National diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with loan products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel or PowerPoint is added advantage
