Title: Sales and Call Centre Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: NYSC

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team Leads and Marketing Team to create and implement the annual Marketing plan and budget, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns as defined, evaluating their effectiveness through comprehensive reporting. Adjust future campaigns as necessary.
  • Plan and execute content creation and provide clear briefs to agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the company’s positioning.
  • Provide instructions or guidance to Communication/PR agencies, monitoring their activities, and keeping regular and open lines of communication with them.
  • Serve as the company’s brand ambassador, driving brand activation and ensuring a consistent brand experience at every guest interaction point within the hotel or apartments we have an agreement with
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and initiate guest satisfaction surveys and reviews to enhance guest service standards, sharing results with the hotel team.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
