We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Promote company products through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and sales presentations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Owerri.
