The company was registered in 2019 as a limited liability company and was founded in June 2021. Since its inception,the business has recorded steady growth in revenues and visibility. The vision of the company is to be the most desired sportswear and fitness brand in Nigeria and Africa. The company operates across two business units, which involve stakeholders at different levels. We now seek to expand our production capacity and direct-to-customer reach nationwide and globally.
Job Title: Sales & Customer Experience Associate (with Social Media Duty)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and support walk-in customers, manage fittings, and upsell.
- Handle all social media accounts, including WhatsApp DMs and inquiries.
- Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and customer reviews.
- Document customer feedback to improve service.
- Assist in basic content creation (photos, reels).
Requirements
Education:
- OND / HND in any discipline.
- Fluency in English.
Skills & Experience:
- Friendly, confident communicator with sales/customer care experience.
- Conversant with Instagram and WhatsApp for Business.
- Must be creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
Salary
- N120,000 / Month.
