Job Title: Sales/Customer Representative

Job Summary

  • As a Sales/Customer Representative at Vivaflowers.ng, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting our floral products and services.
  • You will be responsible for engaging leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
  • Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, up-sell, re-sell and close sales will be crucial in helping us meet our sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by actively promoting our flower collections to new and existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and ongoing purchases.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate sales reports.
  • Assist with order processing and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on the latest floral trends and products to effectively advise customers.

Requirements

  • HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or any related qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Customer representative Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements (preferred but not required).
  • Preferably females are encouraged to apply.
