Job Title: Sales/Customer Representative

Job Summary
- As a Sales/Customer Representative at Vivaflowers.ng, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting our floral products and services.
- You will be responsible for engaging leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, up-sell, re-sell and close sales will be crucial in helping us meet our sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by actively promoting our flower collections to new and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and ongoing purchases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate sales reports.
- Assist with order processing and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest floral trends and products to effectively advise customers.
Requirements
- HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or any related qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Sales/Customer representative Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements (preferred but not required).
- Preferably females are encouraged to apply.
