Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary
- As our Sales & Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers, supporting their shopping journey from inquiry to purchase and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and any other designated channel
- Provide product recommendations and close sales
- Process and follow up on orders
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions with customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content creation and customer-focused storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Passion for children’s products and early childhood development is a bonus!
