Job Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing and terms of service.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar energy installations, including roof inspections and shading analysis.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and develop customized solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to potential clients, outlining the benefits and ROI of solar energy systems.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including addressing technical inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and regulatory requirements related to solar energy to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
