Job Description

  • A Sales Executive responsibilities in a Mobile Phones, Accessories, Electronics and Solar Sales and Distribution company encompass building relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service, while also staying updated on products and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach and convert them.
  • Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of mobile phones, accessories, electronics and Solar to potential customers.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals:
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Products Knowledge & Market Awareness of Mobile Phones, Accessories, Electronics and Solar
  • Be able to demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various products to customers.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
