Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Omole Phase 1, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals.
- This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and achieving financial success through real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on real estate investment opportunities, market trends, and available properties.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, industry trends, and competitive market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about earning through sales.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be based in Lagos and willing to work in Ibadan.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
