Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Promote property listings to prospective buyers using various marketing techniques.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
Property Management and Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with comprehensive information about the properties.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and market trends.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 5 – 10 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a sales executive in the real estate sector or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary
- N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
