Job Title: Female Sales Executive

Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Omole Phase 1, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals.
  • This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and achieving financial success through real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on real estate investment opportunities, market trends, and available properties.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, industry trends, and competitive market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about earning through sales.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be based in Lagos and willing to work in Omole Phase 1.
