Job Summary
- As a Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients.
- Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets will be pivotal to our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including leads, referrals, and research.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers, present products or services, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product/service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Explore new markets, territories, or customer segments for potential business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc Degree holder
- 1-2 years experience in marketing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Product knowledge and the ability to convey information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
