Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced Degree or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in security services or related industries.

Professional Skills:
Sales Expertise:

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry.

Market Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the Lagos market, Abuja marketand its business environment.
  • Familiarity with the various market segments: residential, corporate, retail, and industrial.

Client Acquisition:

  • Expertise in identifying and acquiring new clients in high-demand segments, such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate offices.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers.

Personal Attributes:
Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • A people-oriented personality with strong networking abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
CRM Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, clients, and sales activities.

  • Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.

Additional Requirements:
Mobility:

  • Must be willing to travel within Lagos and neighboring areas for client meetings.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

References:

  • At least two professional references from previous employers.

Remuneration

  • Salary N200,000 Monthly
  • Sales Commission of up to N1,000,000 and above in a month
