Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with a strong background in lead generation, sales closing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, and networking to generate high-quality leads.
  • Track and manage leads using our CRM system.
  • Actively pursue and close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on visa, immigration, flight, holiday, and study abroad options.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to maximize revenue.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business.
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
  • Record payments, reconcile outstanding balances, and process refunds as needed.
  • Track sales performance and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
  • Create engaging content, including social media posts and blog articles, to promote our services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including visa, immigration, and study abroad processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for travel and a desire to help clients achieve their travel goals.
  • A young and presentable/fashionable individual.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
