Job Description

• A fast-growing company in Lekki is looking to hire a Sales/Marketing and Customer Service Officer to drive customer engagement, grow sales, and ensure an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote products/services to new and existing customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, messages, and social media.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals professionally.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
• Maintain customer database and update records accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media platforms, and MS Office.
• Customer-focused with persuasive selling skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organised, and proactive.

Salary

• N150,000 Monthly.
