Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Marketer to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote our products/services.
  • The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, engage leads, and close sales while executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels (cold calls, emails, social media, referrals, etc.). We will educate you with the necessary information to perform your duty.
  • Pitch and present products/services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Promote products/services through digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Create engaging content, presentations, and promotional materials.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve products/services.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Generate sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 years in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
