Job Title: Sales/Marketing Intern

Location: Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated NYSC member or intern with a background in Sales, Business, or Marketing to support in the development and promotion of our self-paced learning initiatives.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of online education and contribute to the success of impactful learning programs.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor offerings in the self-paced learning space.
  • Gather and analyze data on customer preferences and learning trends.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote self-paced learning programs.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website promotion.
  • Support the creation of sales materials, including presentations and brochures.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in lead generation and qualification.
  • Provide support in managing customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Help track sales metrics and provide reports.

Content Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize learning content based on market feedback.
  • Assist in the organization and distribution of learning materials.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
  • Help organize and maintain records related to the learning initiatives.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather feedback from users of the self-paced learning programs.
  • Assist in the analysis of feedback to improve the programs.

Qualifications

  • Currently serving in the NYSC program or pursuing an internship with a focus on Sales, Business, or Marketing.
  • Strong interest in online education and self-paced learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
