Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Ajah & Environs (Primarily field-based with flexible/hybrid structure), Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Thrive Telecom’s services to businesses and households
• Generate leads through field visits, online engagement, and referrals
• Manage client relationships and follow up on sales opportunities
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Represent the brand professionally during all engagements.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of OND qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (entry-level welcome)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, motivated, and result-driven
• Willing to move around, meet people, and think like a hustler
• MUST reside in Ajah and Environs.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly + Commission.
