Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deposit/Investment targets.
  • Setting deposit/Investment targets and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Presenting the company’s products and services to potential customers, either in person or online.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Conduct high level negotiations with others to achieve desire results and meet our customer’s needs.
  • Collaborate with principals on business development.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
  • 3 years work experience in the related field.
  • Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
  • Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
  • Strong business ethics.
