Job Summary

  • EASI Eight Design and Manufacturing Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to oversee and drive pool table sales in the Lekki and/or Ikeja district.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory efficiently, monitoring and controlling expenses, and providing regular updates to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new pool table business opportunities within Lekki/Ikeja and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Stock Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and oversee periodic stock audits.

Expense Management:

  • Monitor and control operational expenses in line with the approved budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Prepare and submit regular expense reports to the Managing Director

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, stock status, and expenditure.
  • Collaborate with other departments including production, logistics, and finance.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or design sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be resident in, or willing to relocate to, Lekk/Ikejai or its environs.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with the informal market in and around Lagos.
  • Strong network of potential clients in Ikeja/ Lekki and Lagos Island
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability.

Remuneration

  • N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
