Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner within both the boutique and wine areas.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences for clothing, accessories, and wine.
  • Providing knowledgeable recommendations and information about products in both categories.
  • Facilitating sales by guiding customers through the selection process and closing transactions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends in both fashion and wine.
  • Presenting merchandise attractively through visual merchandising and ensuring the store is well-organized and appealing.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handling cash and card payments and providing accurate change.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including restocking shelves and notifying management of low stock.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and wine storage areas.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management regarding sales, customer feedback, and inventory needs.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years experience.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
