Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their retail or wholesale team and help drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand.
- As a Sales Representative in the fashion industry, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing collections, and driving sales both in-store and online.
- You will use your product knowledge, style insight, and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, engage, and assist customers in-store or online, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively present the brand.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the shop floor is well-organized, clean, and in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
- Support marketing or promotional events when necessary.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends to the merchandising and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of fashion and personal style.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Salary
- N150,000 monthly.
