Job Description

  • The Sales Representative role is a critical position at mDoc, supporting our mission to transform healthcare.
  • You will play a key role in building relationships, enrolling members on our CompleteHealth™ platform, and driving the adoption of our solutions.
  • This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference, determined, and ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Persuade prospective members to enroll with mDoc.
  • Promote the mDoc brand through scheduled phone cadences.
  • Convert assigned members to paying customers across various payment platforms.
  • Achieve monthly patient enrollment targets.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Identify members’ needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and determine pricing schedules for promotions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and understand company offerings.
  • Maintain client records and provide follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University graduates with internship experience in sales, customer service, or retail are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales or customer interaction roles (preferred).
  • Experience with outbound/inbound calls is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Experience in fast-paced, results-driven work environments.
  • Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends.
  • Passion, empathy, and mission-driven motivation to help people live healthier lives.
