Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ebute-Meta, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships to drive product sales and market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within designated territories
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
  • Generate leads and actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market data
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasts
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product knowledge
  • Represent PachaMama Foods at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations when required

Requirements

  • Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving aptitude
