Job Description

• A sales representative’s job is tosell products or services to customers, build relationships, and meet sales goals.They are the main point of contact between a company and its clients.
• Sales representatives use a variety of strategies to connect with potential customers, including cold calling, cold email, social selling, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships:Follow up with customers, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business
• Conduct presentations:Demonstrate products and services to persuade customers to buy
• Negotiate contracts:Determine pricing and terms of sale
• Close deals:Convert leads into sales
• Maintain records:Keep track of sales and customer information
• Meet sales quotas:Work to exceed sales targets
• Provide customer service:Resolve complaints, handle returns, and offer discounts
• Identify potential customers:Find new customers and qualify leads
