A well-regarded online company specializing in the sale of women’s clothing, located in Oke-ira, Ogba, Lagos State, is currently seeking to hire for the following position:

Job Description
A customer care representative / customer service staff has the following duties:
- Attend to customers that show interest in items displayed online ensuring to close sales and meet with the weekly/monthly sales target to enable the company achieve its set goals
- Assist customers in having a seamless shopping experience
- Generate sales invoice and appropriate records.
- Be a representative / ambassador of the company in all forms at all times for as long as the employment lasts
- Pack orders appropriately.
Requirements
- Must be skillful at selling (up selling, crossselling)
- Must be goal driven
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Must have good communication skills and a lot of patience
- Assist with stocking up the store, shelving and arrangements.
Remuneration
- N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
