Job Title: Sales Representative (Dr Smart Paint)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant dedicated solely to promoting and selling our premium paint brand, Dr Smart.
- This role focuses on increasing market share, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the adoption and distribution of Dr Smart paints.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and project contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, construction firms, and contractors.
- Generate 70% to 100% of your sales revenue per month/year.
- Achieve 20% growth in sales revenue compared to the previous period.
- Acquire at least 50 new leads per month, follow up with leads per day to improve conversion rates and convert 30% of direct leads into paying customers within a year.
- Maintain a 95% customer retention rate by providing excellent post-sales support.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and awareness campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paint sales, value-added services, and distributorship acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the paint industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify potential sales channels and expand market reach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and drive sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales operations effectively.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and distributors.
