Job Summary
- We are seeking result-driven Sales Executives and Sales Reps to promote our products/ services to new and existing clients.
- The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skill, a strong work ethic , and proven track record in sales.
- This is only open for those based in Northern Nigeria.
Responsibilities
Sales Volume:
- Manages assigned routes to deliver daily/weekly/monthly NIV and Volume (SKU) targets.
- Ensure Routes performance growth in NIV and Volume.
Redistibuton and Retail Development:
- Ensure you align with TGI DISTRI Way of Working.
- Work for 6 days a week, visit 40 outlets per day, 240 outlets per week, achieve not less than 85% strike rate, comply with Daily Beat Plan, and effectively utilize the SFA device
- Ensure accountability for POS and promotional materials deployed to retail outlets in your Routes.
- Establish, maintain and expand your Retail customer base.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide market intelligence and report on competitor activity.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of stock and cash.
Stock management:
- Ensure close monitoring of Retailers stocks and achieve zero incidence of product expiry.
- Ensure that FIFO principle is strictly adhered to in all customer outlets in your Routes.
- Keep up to date with products and competitor’s activities and report same to Sales Executive regularly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Qualification: SSCE or OND in the related field
- Experience: 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Other: Must own or be willing to use a smartphone for reporting.
