Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- The School Administrator serves as the central coordinating authority and is expected to work closely with the Head Teacher (Nursery & Primary), Principal (Secondary), and Head of School, providing executive-level support and leadership to ensure smooth academic and operational delivery across all school sections.
- She works with the school director to ensure systems and controls are in place for academic excellence and operational effectiveness within the school.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Coordination:
- Harmonize the operations of all departments: Nursery, Primary, and Secondary.
- Provide direction and mentorship to the school leadership team.
- Ensure alignment between school vision, policies, and departmental execution.
Administrative Oversight:
- Manage daily administrative functions including admission, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
- Monitor school-wide academic calendars, records, staff development, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
Quality Assurance & Development:
- Evaluate teaching standards, curriculum implementation, and pupil/student outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and school standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with parents, board members, school managers, educational partners, and government agencies.
- Facilitate parent-school communication, staff meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting
- Up to 7 years experience in school management.
- A Master’s degree (in Education, Administration, or Leadership) is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of education systems and school governance
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and administrative software
