Job Description
- Secretaries are to perform essential duties such as drafting correspondence, organizing documents, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries from visitors and callers.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining current awareness about company law
- Providing legal / financial advice during and outside of meetings
- Implementing procedural/administrative systems
- Administering pension schemes and share issues
- Handling correspondence before and after meetings
- Managing office space/premises/property
- Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customer
- Sending out notices, scheduling and planning of meetings, writing minutes of meetings, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
