Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide executive support to the Managing Director.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Handle calls, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
- Strong minute-taking and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
